陳情令 令人折服的命名11 - 窮奇道與魏嬰 Admirable Naming 11 - Qiongqi Road & Wei Ying

 

　　中國的神怪誌「山海經」記載，上古時期有四大凶獸，分別是混沌、窮奇、檮杌及饕餮。
China’s Gods and Monsters "Shan Hai Jing" records that there were four major beasts in ancient times, namely Hundun, Qiongqi, Yinglu and Taotie.

　　這四隻各有各的醜樣，想看的請點名字上的連結進維基百科看圖，不過癮的還可看劇版的《三生三世十里桃花》第45集。這四隻凶獸當然沒有實體存在，但卻代表古時候的中國人有一種「壞人也有守護神」的想法。

　　窮奇是一頭「惩善揚惡」的怪獸。當有人在爭執時，牠會把有理的一方吃掉，還會獵取野獸贈予作惡者。陳情令中的窮奇道，是溫氏後山一個易守難攻的險要之地，在此演出了二場重要又名符其實的大戲。
　　Qiongqi is a monster that "punishes good and promotes evil". When someone is arguing, it will eat the righteous side, and it will also hunt wild animals to give to the evildoer. Qiongqi Road in The Untamed  is a dangerous place in the back mountain of Wen Clan, which is easy to defend and difficult to attack. Two important and veritable scenes were performed here.

　　善良正直的魏嬰和溫寧，人生二次向下的轉捩點都在窮奇道，還一次比一次慘。還算是個好人的金子軒也慘死在此；相反的大反派金光瑤卻是越來越光彩，不但成功的煉製了傀儡，還解決了繼承家主路上的擋路石，當上了仙督；充份發揚了「窮奇道」這個地名的精義。所以窮奇「道」不會是窮奇「村」或窮奇「鎮」，因為它是一個行事風格的準則，否則就「道」不同，不相為謀。
　　The kind and upright Wei Ying and Wen Ning, the two downward turning points in their lives are all in Qiongqi Road, and each time they are worse. Jin Zixuan, who was a good man, also died tragically here. On the contrary, the villain Jin Guangyao is getting more and more glorious. 　　還好「白天夜晚各有一半的天空」，熬過了漫長十六年黑夜的魏嬰，終於走完了人生中的窮奇道，迎向了另一條有好友親人關心，有小輩支持崇拜的自在光明大道。

　　Fortunately, "day and night have half the sky", Wei Ying, who has survived the long sixteen years of dark nights, has finally finished walking on the Qianqi Road in his life. He ushered in another bright road to freedom, received the care of his relatives and friends, and won the support and worship of the younger generation.
